The Regency's excellent location near Downtown Miami, Coral Gables and Miami Beach, makes it ideal for meetings and events. We have a multitude of function space to suit your every need; attended to with great detail and care. Complement this with flare and creativity from our catering kitchen, superb service from our event staff and state of the art technology and you can be assured a memorable and successful event.

Encompassing over 8,550 square feet of interior space, each of our four Regency event spaces can accommodate groups of up to 320. All rooms are equipped with productivity-enhancing technology including wireless Internet, cordless telephones and fax service. At an additional fee we can arrange for specialized audio/visual equipment, professional DJ's and exceptional photographers. In addition,our 4,000 square foot tropical pool deck is ideal for a memorable South Florida soiree.

From customized menu planning to detailed seating arrangements our catering staff is ready to give your event that special touch that will leave your guests or attendees applauding. Our events team looks forward to transforming our facilities to your vision, your signature.

Our meeting rooms are an excellent stage for all your special occasions: seminars, conference, product exhibitions, reception, birthdays, weddings and baby showers.

LE CLUB
5.500 sq. ft. Our spectacular Club venue can accommodate up to 320 guests and is a unique location for those in need of a production enable facility, features include state of the art sound, computerized lighting system, DJ booth and stage capable of accommodating live musical acts. Le Club has a private entrance, multiple bars and dance floor. Le Club is truly a remarkable space capable of hosting the most sophisticated events.



THE DECK
4,000 sq. ft. The Deck at The Regency treats guests to a lush, poolside locale with direct access to the Gables meeting room and the Lounge. During the day, guests can bask in the sun on one of the chaises, or find a cool corner retreat in the shade under the tropical sky, while listing to soft music. The deck is a magical spot for an outdoor reception for up to 100 guests. Imagine a starlight event with Chef Joaquin's signature paella prepared poolside, or a champagne toast to welcome your guests. The causally refined atmosphere by day transitions at nightfall into a starlit lounge-like setting, accented with subtle lighting and swaying palm tress.

 

GABLES ROOM
1.200 sq. ft. spacious high ceiling ballroom created to be the perfect stage for your event. The Gables room features a gallery of a exclusive black and white photography showcasing the historic Coral Gables. Click here to view the gallery from photographer Robert Klemm.

The room may be accessed from the hotel or via the pool deck, which serves as a splendid breakout area. The room also has private men's and ladies' room. The Gables may accommodate up to 170 invitees reception style.

LE JEUNE ROOM
800 sq. ft. meeting room ideally designed for Seminars, Conferences and small group meetings. With a capacity up to 70 attendees, the room features private restrooms and wireless internet.



BOARD ROOM
180 sq. ft. executive meeting space with permanent seating for 10 attendees, conference style. The Boardroom features a 42" web enabled LCD TV with multiple data ports. This is an exceptional space equipped for a hi-tech presentation and executive board meetings.
