Featuring the best Miami has to offer for your culinary experience, Prieto's Restaurant and The Lounge at the Regency are certain to delight your palate. The Lounge, located off of our grand lobby serves tropical and classic cocktails and a light dining menu. The menu features a fresh variety of salads, sandwiches and appetizers and is served throughout the day. It's the perfect place to watch your favorite sports game or catch up on your email. The Lounge also services our exotic pool deck where you can enjoy mouthwatering libations such as our famous "Miami Vice". The all day dining menu is also served poolside. The Lounge's hours of operation are noon until midnight.

Prieto's Restaurant showcases an inspired Cuisine with a fresh twist.  Enjoy our buffet breakfast or a la Carte breakfast menu while the Florida sun illuminates our contemporary dining room. Breakfast is served from 7AM to 11AM.

In the evening, the candlelit Prieto’s offers fresh creations with a distinctive menu, featuring Mediterranean cuisine with strong Spanish influences; you will experience the chef’s unique cooking style.  Specialties include a wide variety of Paella, both rice and noodle, Provencal crusted lamb chop and grilled grouper with tomato mousseline.

For dessert indulge in house made Crème Bruleé, Profiteroles or refreshing sorbet. A children’s menu is also available. Dinner is served from 6PM thru midnight.



You  can  also enjoy the complete menu selections served in the privacy of your guest room. Room service is available from 7AM to 12AM.
